I. Ordinary notary fees

1. To perform :

a) (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) of deeds repair deeds, to perform acts of revocation of wills , drawing up protocols for acceptance of storage of handwritten wills , documents and papers without certain material interest

c) (new - SG . 5 of 1999, as amended . No. . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) notary deeds repair notary deeds in "b"

d) (new - SG . 5 of 1999, as amended . No. . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) contracts for voluntary partition of agricultural land , forests and forest lands

e) (new - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for the protocols under the Commerce Act

Remark. (New - SG . 5 of 1999, as amended . No. . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) Where notarial acts under Art. 5 of the ownership and use of agricultural land have been made by a judge Registry fees letters "b " , "c" and "d" are not collected .

2 . (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for the declaration and return of handwritten wills and return submitted for storing documents and papers

Remark. The charge under section 2 declaration of handwritten will, which has not been stored at the notary is collected along with the fee under item 1 .

3 . (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) notarial copies on call for service , and the remaining copies shall be charged as transcripts

Remark. (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) The fee for item 3 is collected and the service at the request of the applicant and other communications issued under the terms and provisions of Art. 37-58 of the Civil Code . Where service is effected automatically by law , collect half of the fee under item 3 .

4 . To verify the contents of private documents without certain material interest - on the first copy :

a) (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for the first page

b) (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for each page , and the remaining copies shall be charged as transcripts .

5 . (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) To certify the date and signatures on private documents without certain material interest:

a) a first signature

b) re-authorization fee to sign in twice the fee under letter "a "

c) for each signature

d) a document which will be used for the establishment , modification or termination of rights to property , for each signature

e) re-authorization fee to sign a document which will be used for the establishment , modification or termination of rights to property is twice the fee under letter " d "

Remark. Fee under 5 are collected once the simultaneous authentication of date and signature , and otherwise be collected separately .

6 . To verify the copies and extracts of documents and papers :

7 . To give reports on notary books and records :

II. Notary fees according to the certified material interest 8 . (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for issuing a deed or contract for the partition other than those specified in paragraph 1 shall collect a fee in the following table:

9. Fee under item 8 for carrying circumstance inspection is due upon submission of the request, where non-recognition of property not returned . 12. (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) To certify the date and signature of unilateral declarations of a certain material interest (such as receipts for amounts due or elongated , applications and consents for deletion mortgages , some guarantees , etc.). collect half of the fee under item 10 but not less than 25 lev 13. (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for property management - on the gross monthly income of the property during the period of the contract: for each month - 20 percent but not less than 50 lev

Remark. Fees under section 14 , 15 and 16 for part-time hours are collected for a full hour, before the operation , the notary is obliged to indicate the approximate time needed .

IV. Notarial fees for the preparation and verification of documents 17. For preparation of a draft deed of amendment of the deed , act revoke a will , finding record handwritten will and application form for circumstantial check the fee under item 1. Remark. The charge under section 17 of the drafting of the act repealing testament and statement of facts is collected only when the act or statement of findings not be issued the same day. If within one month after the act or certified report be issued by the same notary fee under item 1 shall not be collected . 18. For drafting the notarial call the fee under item 3 . 19. For drafting the document without certain material interest charge payable under item 4 . 20. For preparation : a) a draft deed than those specified in item 1 , the fee under item 8; b) (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) Project of notarial will and a draft contract with a particular material interest charge payable under item 11 . Remark. Fee under item 20 shall be levied for the drafting of the deed by the formation of the same notary circumstantial case review. The fee for drafting the notarial will be collected only if that will not be done the same day. If within one month the will be performed by the same notary fee under item 9 shall not be collected . 21. For drafting the document under item 12 , the fee under item 12. 22. To check produced by the draft document made without notarized , collected half of the fee under items 17-21 . If within one month be the notary certification of the same document from the same notary charged only half of the fee shall only difference when there is one. Remark. Fees under section 17-21 is not collected for the preparation and verification of documents on management of property entrusted to the same notary .

V. Additional notary fee 23. (Amended - SG . 39 of 2009 , effective 1.07.2009 ) for action taken at the request of the applicant outside the notary's office in business hours or on weekends and holidays , the appropriate notary fee is charged extra as follows: a) outside the notary office during business hours - 25 per cent; b) in the notary office in business hours - 25 per cent; c) outside the notary's office in business hours - 50 per cent; d) outside the notary office and the place where it is established - 50 per cent; e) outside the notary's office in working hours and outside the settlement , which is situated - double.
